Drywall & finish
Garage ceiling replacement
Stripped to bare joists, rehung, taped, and finished — a flat, quiet ceiling edge to edge.
About this project
The original garage ceiling was failing. We stripped it back to bare joists, hung new board tight to the framing, taped and coated the seams, and reframed the attic hatch.
The result is a flat, quiet ceiling edge to edge across the full bay — the kind of drywall work that disappears into the room because it was done right.
